So, there is no telling whether the timing belt and/or water pump has been replaced?
Sep 1, 2026 · 20:32
@Eats we have a service record from 12/12/12 to replace the o2 sensor at the dealer, and one on 04/26/11 at the same dealer for a brake fluid flush and transmission fluid drain/fill. Additionally, we have one from when he got the tires replaced in 2012. That's all the documentation the current owner has.

At the risk of sounding like a broken record . . . think I've had way over 50 cars in my life -- and keep coming back to the NSX -- on my 5th one. Beautiful - mid engine balance -- great overall driving experience -- Honda reliability -- and probably most overlooked is the NSX community. Tons of information, support, and events. By far the best car I've ever had the pleasure of owning. This one looks fantastic -- GLWA. Cheers, Jay

NSX-T’s are rare w/production only in the couple hundreds total most years and of course over 20 years since production ended. They have a super cool and timeless look (especially from the rear), awesome feel of the road and well, it’s a Honda so it’s gonna last forever and need so little along the way BUT I believe it’s how, mostly, these cars are loved and cared for by owners as the biggest reason they just keep moving up. I’ve had beautiful Corvettes, faster Exotic Euros and other Japanese collectors-nothing compares. Buy now or you’ll pay more later-guaranteed!

If this doesn't go over 150k maybe the market would stabilize...

@zhaniNSX
The kids who grew up adoring them have reached a financial maturity subsequently causing higher demand? Just a theory. I was one of those kids, but would venture a guess it’s also the realization it’s a more maintenance friendly option than other enthusiast cars in the same price range.
The shape is also timeless, it’s as sexy now as it was then.

A year ago? Try 10 years ago.

What happened with the NSX prices? These used to go for $55k-$75k just a year ago. They are even trying to sell them for $100k plus in Japan. Call me a jerk, but these prices are absolutely crazy, and I love these cars.

Silverstone over Gray with the fixed headlights and 3.2L/6-speed manual. This is peak late-era NA2 configuration. Super desirable setup.
