2021 McLaren 765LT
Presentation
This 2021 McLaren 765LT is #630 of 765 examples produced. It was specified with MSO Ludus Blue paintwork and the Carbon Fiber Exterior Upgrade packages #2 and #3 as well as additional carbon-fiber body panels, a roof scoop and rear aero bridge, and the Track Brake Upgrade. The interior was re-trimmed in black Alcantara with blue accents following the seller’s 2025 acquisition, and super-lightweight carbon-fiber seats and an MSO harness bar were installed, gloss black-finished 19″ and 20″ forged alloy wheels were mounted, and the brake calipers were refinished in Ludus Blue. Power is provided by a twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transaxle, and the car also has a titanium quad-exit exhaust system, an active rear spoiler, 360-degree parking assist, a Bowers & Wilkins sound system, Track Telemetry, and touchscreen infotainment with navigation. This 765LT has under 12k miles and is now offered with service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Colorado title in the seller’s name.
The 765LT “Longtail” is a track-focused variant of the 720S and utilizes a carbon-fiber Monocage II monocoque with an extruded aluminum subframe, revised aerodynamics, and thinner-gauge glass. This example’s MSO Ludus Blue paintwork is contrasted by a carbon-fiber hood, fascia vent, roof scoop, rear aero bridge, rear diffuser, and active rear spoiler with an air brake and an automatic Drag Reduction System. The Carbon Fiber Exterior Upgrade packages #2 and #3 were also optioned along with the Stealth Pack.
Ludus Blue badges and a Scrape Armor front splitter guard have been added, and the car also has 360-degree parking assist, LED lighting, and soft-close dihedral doors. The Carfax report notes that the windshield was replaced in 2022. A windshield protector has been installed. The seller reports paint protection film has been applied to the body, with a portion of the film on the left side skirt having been replaced after the photographs were taken.
Three signatures are visible on the underside of the carbon-fiber hood.
Gloss black-finished 19″ front and 20″ rear 10-spoke forged alloy wheels are mounted with 245/35 front and 305/30 Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S tires, which have 2024 and 2026 production codes. The $18k Track Brake Upgrade Package was optioned and included carbon-ceramic rotors derived from the Senna. The calipers were refinished in Ludus Blue under current ownership, and the brake fluid was flushed in preparation for the sale. The double-wishbone independent suspension features McLaren active damping, while the 765LT was equipped with a stiffened steering torsion bar and a quicker rack compared to the 720S.
A pair of super-lightweight carbon-fiber racing seats were installed in the cockpit, which was re-trimmed in black Alcantara with blue accents. Black seat belts and an MSO harness bar are additional alterations. Further amenities include McLaren Track Telemetry with a lap timer and three cameras in addition to a Bowers & Wilkins sound system, carbon-fiber trim, Homelink, dual-zone automatic climate control, and an 8″ touchscreen infotainment system with navigation.

@bshahi2 appreciate it, Ludus Blue is truly unreal - especially in the sun. The wheels are the same factory wheels, I just had them powder coated gloss black. The replacement seats are OEM / Original, my sales rep at McLaren Denver had a customer they introduced me to and had an extra set that I purchased them from. They had swapped in comfort seats and had them laying around. The calipers and all of the blue detailing (logos, seat trim, etc) were done using MSO Ludus Blue paint sourced from the MSO team at McLaren. The work was done by Robert Cope Thompson (https://www.instagram.com/cope_da_monsta?psln=MTFoYzFsM3R3ZHR1MA==) he's does absolutely incredible paint work and I've worked with him numerous times in the past. The MSO roll bar, factory Ludus Blue paint, and OEM black seatbelts were all purchased directly from McLaren through David Johnston at Evolution Automotive. The interior retrim and remaining upholstery work were completed by IA Designs, who specialize in high-end automotive interiors. I've included the invoices below and our conversations. The radar system is a hidden ALP system and did not require any cutting or modification from what I can tell. I've had these installed on all of my cars and they're really good about being able to hide everything. I was extremely particular about how this car was refinished. My goal was never to fundamentally change the vehicle, but rather to elevate an already incredible factory specification to what it should have been out of the gate while using genuine McLaren components, authentic MSO paint, and highly experienced specialists. No expense was spared in getting the details right, and I think the finished product speaks for itself. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Beautiful color, a few questions about the modifications. Original photos of the car show diamond-cut wheels, red calipers, comfort seats and a mostly leather interior with different stitching. • Were the wheels refinished in gloss black or replaced? • Are the replacement seats and harness bar genuine McLaren/MSO parts? Who installed them and did the interior retrim? Are the original seats/parts included? • The steering-wheel airbag cover looks to have changed from leather to Alcantara. Has McLaren dealer checked/confirmed that the retrim won’t interfere with airbag deployment? • What radar/laser system is installed? Did installation require any cutting or changes to factory wiring? Could you also share invoices for the modifications? Thanks.

When I saw the issue with the GPS antenna fault and “Customer states radar jammer…”, I was expecting “Customer states GPS fault also prevents missile lock” to be the next complaint. 😂
