The SLS arrived for modeyl year 2010 as AMG’s first clean-sheet design, conceived as a modern homage to the 300 SL “Gullwing” and built around an aluminum spaceframe with signature upward-opening doors. A halo grand tourer of the era, the coupe paired classic long-hood proportions with contemporary motorsport engineering, including a rear transaxle layout and carbon-fiber driveshaft to optimize weight distribution. This 2012 Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG shows 18,604 miles and is finished in Obsidian Black Metallic over Black Designo Exclusive Nappa leather. Staggered 19-inch front and 20-inch rear twin-spoke wheels, bi-xenon headlamps, dual exhaust outlets, and a speed-activated aerofoil rear wing complement its aesthetic. Cosmetic additions include carbon-fiber side skirts, mirror caps, and interior vent bezel trim.
Its naturally aspirated 6.2-liter M159 DOHC V8 produces 563 horsepower and 479 lb-ft of torque, backed by a 7-speed AMG SPEEDSHIFT dual-clutch automatic transaxle, limited-slip differential, and rear-wheel drive. Dry-sump lubrication with an external oil reservoir supports high-performance operation, while forged double-wishbone suspension, speed-sensitive power steering, and AMG cross-drilled and slotted disc brakes provide sure-foot stopping power. Inside, power-adjustable heated seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, an AMG leather and Alcantara-finished steering wheel, and Bluetooth/navigation-enabled COMAND infotainment fill out the cabin. Its $6,400 B&O Performance audio incorporates 11 speakers, 1,000-watt output, and an ICEpower amplifier w/digital signal processing.
Additional factory amenities include a rearview camera, blind-spot monitoring, seat memory, an Alcantara headliner and door trim, and headlamp washers. Removable red wheel edge protectors and a steering wheel cover are currently fitted, and a clean Carfax report accompanies the car. Included in the sale are two key fobs, factory literature, a Mercedes-Benz battery tender, and car cover, rounding out this low-mileage example of AMG’s celebrated modern Gullwing.

@Oneexotics Thanks for the reply. So are the "Carbon Fiber Side Skirts, Mirror Caps & Vent Bezel Trim" factory? Understood on Carfax not being super accurate, which is why I was hoping there was separate service documentation.

Hello 1337TXguy, the only modifications are the steering wheel cover, which is removable and the Red rim protector inserts which are also easily removable. Not all service centers report to CarFax, so it is not always the best way to track service history. With such low mileage, this SLS does not have any service lights on currently. Unfortunately there are no service records from the previous owner.

@Oneexotics Is there any service info available? The Carfax shows long periods of neglect. Also, the car is noted as "stock" but modifications are claimed. Could you please clarify? If the modifications are correct, are the original parts available?
