United States Lot # V-000258 Active 40 Bids & Comments
Description Bids & Comments

Presentation

This 2005 Ferrari F430 Spider is powered by a 4.3-liter V8 paired with a six-speed transaxle that was converted to manual operation in 2024-25 with components from European Auto Group (EAG) and Macchina Motorwerx. Additional work around that time involved rebuilding the water and oil pumps and overhauling the soft-top hydraulics as well as replacing the soft top, instrument-cluster circuit board, flywheel, clutch assembly, and engine mounts. Finished in Blu Tour De France over Beige Tradizione leather, the car is equipped with a Blue Scuro convertible top, Fabspeed exhaust headers, an electronically controlled limited-slip differential, Brembo carbon-ceramic brakes, 19″ alloy wheels, xenon headlights, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, Daytona-style seats, and a Pioneer touchscreen infotainment unit connected to JL Audio speakers. Acquired by the selling dealer in 2026 and now showing 17k miles, this F430 is offered by Foreign Affairs Motorsport, a BaT Local Partner, with service records, spare parts, a damage-free Carfax report, and a clean Florida title.

The Pininfarina-designed body is finished in Blu Tour De France (522) with Scuderia Ferrari fender shields and is fitted with a power-retractable Blu Scuro soft top. Additional exterior details include xenon headlights, a glass engine cover, and quad exhaust tips exiting on either side of the rear diffuser. The convertible hydraulics were overhauled in 2023, and the soft top and headliner were replaced in 2025.

Silver-finished 19″ split-spoke alloy wheels are mounted with older Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. Braking is handled by black Brembo multi-piston calipers fitted over carbon-ceramic rotors.

Power-adjustable Daytona-style seats are upholstered in Beige Tradizione leather with Cavallino Rampante headrest embossments. Carbon-fiber trim accents the cabin, which is further appointed with automatic climate control, a wind deflector, aluminum pedals, and a Bluetooth-capable Pioneer touchscreen infotainment system linked to JL Audio speakers.

The three-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel features an engine-start button as well as a manettino drive-mode selector, and it is paired with a retrofitted gated shifter. Instrumentation consists of a yellow-dial central tachometer with an 8,500-rpm redline flanked by a 220-mph speedometer and auxiliary gauges. The digital odometer indicates 17k miles, approximately 50 of which were added under current ownership. The gauge cluster circuit board was replaced in 2025 with a unit from Francorchamps of America.

Factory rated at 483 horsepower and 343 lb-ft of torque, the mid-mounted 4.3-liter F136 V8 features Bosch Motronic engine management as well as a dry-sump lubrication system. The factory headers with integrated primary catalytic converters have been replaced with Fabspeed tubular units. The engine mounts were changed in 2023, and the oil and water pumps were rebuilt in 2024. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle that was converted in 2024-25 to manual operation with components from European Auto Group (EAG) and Macchina Motorwerx. An electronically controlled limited-slip differential was standard equipment. A replacement flywheel and clutch assembly were installed in 2024.

I do not see it asked, but perhaps it has been. Does the car come with all the parts that were removed during the conversion?

@Bob3456 @KrisG
The cables and connectors that came from EAG were damaged during delivery. When the shop went to get replacement parts from them, they were no longer around, so they had Macchina send replacements.
Best,
David

@seller I am also waiting on information on the conversion you mentioned getting several days ago. With only one day left in the auction, there isn't much time left.

Any cold start or driving videos? Would love to hear that fuel pump actuation when the driver door is opened before for a cold start as well. Under carnage and exhaust valve pictures would be very appreciated. Thank you!!

TDF spec, EAG gated six-speed, carbon ceramics, Fabspeed exhaust, beautiful F430. Good to see the top’s been replaced, those hydraulics can get messy over time. This is the last of the great analog Ferraris, the 4.3L V8 screams and it’s a genuinely fun car to drive. The manual conversion completely transforms the character of the car. Good luck to the winning bidder!

What a beautiful color/combo. Fabspeed headers sound even better than the stock/OEM. I'm thinking 250k for this one. No luck needed.

Such a beautiful color. And the soft top too. Must be the same owner as the 599 GTB for sale. Almost the same specs. Manual conversion, great condition. Very nice. GLWTA!

The listing mentions that both EAG and MM parts were used in the 6MT conversion, do you have any more detail on this? Is it mostly an EAG kit with a few MM parts, or the other way around? I'm thinking about the serviceability of the conversion going forward. Thanks.

This F430 Spider, wearing Blu Tour De France over Beige Tradizione, is a thing of beauty. A thoroughly exquisite example. Furthermore, the @seller is a cool dude, who is in the midst of a serious hot streak - GLWTA!

TDF Blue is simply drop dead gorgeous. It’s worth a premium these days. The first time I saw a TDF Blue Ferrari was in 2009. It was a 550 Maranello in a car dealership showroom. I was speechless. I should have test driven it. But the price was beyond my budget. This 430 is beautiful.
