1963 Lamborghini 5C TL Tractor
Presentation
This 1963 Lamborghini 5C TL crawler tractor is said to have remained with its original owner until 2023, and it subsequently underwent a refurbishment before it was purchased by the seller in 2026. The tractor is finished in blue with an orange forward-hinged hood, and power comes from an air-cooled 2.2-liter diesel inline-three with Bosch mechanical fuel injection linked with a four-speed dual-range transmission and track drive. Features include a bench seat trimmed in black vinyl, hand-controlled directional levers, headlights, Lamborghini-branded toolboxes, taillights, dual rear power take-offs, and a draw bar. This Lamborghini tractor is now offered in Italy with superseded Italian registration.
Ferruccio Lamborghini founded Lamborghini Trattori in 1948 to serve the post-war demand for farm equipment in Italy, and the company introduced its first track-drive model in 1955. This 5C TL was repainted in blue with an orange hood during the refurbishment, and it features headlights with stone guards, a forward-hinged hood, a black muffler, taillights, and a rear spotlight.
The tank tread system features rear drive sprockets and front idlers.
The operator’s station houses a Lamborghini-branded bench seat with black vinyl upholstery as well as fender-mounted toolboxes with the Lamborghini name embossed on the covers. Engine speed is controlled with a hand throttle, and the tractor is steered using two brake pedals and hand-controlled directional levers.
The steel dash houses an ignition switch, a starter button, and instrumentation including an oil pressure gauge and a Lamborghini Cento-branded Fiama tachometer. The hour meter shows 3,300 hours of runtime, approximately two of which were added under the seller’s ownership. Total runtime is unknown.
The air-cooled 2.2-liter diesel inline-triple is equipped with Bosch mechanical fuel injection, and it was factory rated at 39 horsepower. A fluid service was performed in 2026.

I'm pretty sure that when someone says the word 'Lamborghini' this is the exact opposite of what anyone thinks

Possibly the world's slowest restored operational Lamborghini.

Hello everyone, and welcome to the auction. Thank you for the interest in this Lamborghini 5CTL. Early Lamborghini crawler tractors are already uncommon, but the 5CTL in particular is exceptionally rare and seldom comes to market today. Even among Italian vintage-tractor enthusiasts and specialists, it is regarded as one of the more difficult early Lamborghini crawlers to find, especially as a complete and operational example. This 5CTL is fully operational and still retains it original-style Italian license plate, which makes it even more unusual for a tractor of this age. I’ll be following the auction and comments closely and will do my best to answer any questions as quickly and thoroughly as possible. I’m also working on shipping estimates to several U.S. destinations and will post those here as soon as I receive them, so interested bidders have a clearer idea of the logistics involved. Thank you again for the interest, comments, and bids. I hope everyone enjoys the auction, and good luck to all bidders.

Hi,
Nice crawler. Do you have a picture from the frame number on the back of the tractor and from the Italian registration? To my opinion it was built in 1964.

@oldJarheadb52 re the two PTO. When engaged, one turns constantly when the engine is running, the other only turns when the tractor is moving forwards. There is a lever to change how you want it to work.

I’m pretty sure one could take over a small village if you roll in on one of these. Every single head will turn! So cool.

before anyone asks, yes, RTFM means Read the Freaking Manual
Sep 16, 2026 · 00:52
any indication why or what the difference is between those two PTO shafts? Some us tractors offer 540 rpm and 1,000 rpm for different kinds of equipment, but us 1,000 rpm uses many more small "V" shaped 'splines', so that it's obviously for different use, ie, RTFM.

This is beautiful. I needed it on my farm in South Carolina Carolina. Any idea what shipping would be to the states?
