Ford Model T-Style Golf Cart

This golf cart was built to resemble a Ford Model T and was ordered new from Yatian in China. Power comes from a 5kW electric motor paired with a 48-volt battery system. The cart features black bodywork over matching upholstery as well as forward and reverse settings, hydraulically assisted front disc and rear drum brakes, and a parking brake. Additional equipment includes projector-beam headlights, turn signals mounted in faux lantern housings, a black soft top, a woodgrain-look firewall, seat belts, an hour meter, and a battery indicator. This Model T-style golf cart is offered in Boca Raton, Florida, with a bill of sale.
The bodywork replicates that of a Ford Model T and is finished in black with gold accents. It features a gold-finished radiator surround and folding windshield frame, radiator script, projector-beam headlights, turn signals mounted in faux lantern housings, dual side-view mirrors, a black soft top, and taillights.
The gold-finished 13″ multi-spoke wheels are mounted with steel-belted radial tires. A matching spare wheel with a different tire is stowed on the right side of the hood. The cart features a transverse front leaf spring and dual leaf springs at the rear, and stopping power is provided by hydraulically assisted front discs and rear drums.
The front and rear bench seats are trimmed in black upholstery with button-tufted seatbacks. The cart is equipped with black-finished diamond-plate floors and front and rear lap belts. The three-spoke steering wheel fronts a battery indicator and an hour meter mounted in the woodgrain-look firewall, with the latter indicating 99 hours of runtime.

@earlebird I believe you should be able to register it as an LSV (low-speed vehicle) in Florida.

Seller: Is this able to be registered in Florida for streets 35MPH and under like most Golf Carts? Or is it because it does not have enough power or speed for the streets?

Can you explain why the data plate and description say it's a 48 volt system, but there are only four 8-volt batteries pictured? Are there unpictured batteries, or is it a 32 volt system, or ?? Thanks.
