Presentation

Finished in white and wrapped in a blue and black livery, the GT4 Clubsport features yellow-tinted headlamps and silver 18" forged wheels. Its bodywork includes an aluminum composite bodyshell, lightweight natural-fiber composite doors, a plastic windshield, a roof escape hatch, side air intakes, tow straps, hood pins, a fixed swan-neck-mounted rear wing, and dual center-mounted exhaust tips. The seller notes that the hood was not pinned during a recent track outing and flew up against the windshield, and a replacement hood in like-new condition is included in the sale. Detailed images are provided in the gallery.

The stripped racing cockpit features a fully welded roll cage, a Recaro racing bucket seat with a Schroth harness, and a 911 GT3 R carbon fiber steering wheel on a quick-release hub. Additional equipment includes a carbon fiber switch panel, carbon fiber door panels, a fire suppression system, a brake bias adjuster, an air jack system, a lithium-ion battery mounted in the passenger footwell, automatic climate control, and a Cosworth LCD digital display with an integrated data logger.

The GT4 Clubsport uses a 3.8-liter version of the road GT4's flat-six, producing up to 425 HP, with drive to the rear wheels through a 6-speed PDK dual-clutch transaxle and a mechanical differential lock. Competition hardware includes a 115-liter fuel cell, variable-ratio power steering, three-way adjustable dampers, adjustable ABS, bias-adjustable twin master cylinders, and slotted multi-piece rotors with 6-piston front and 4-piston rear monobloc calipers. The seller reports recent maintenance including new drive shafts, a PDK service with a new clutch pack and anti-rotation blocks, new rear suspension uprights, and new fuel pumps in 2026. A recent leak-down test returned healthy figures of 7 to 10 percent across all six cylinders.

This sale will include a bill of sale, a replacement hood, two sets of wheels, an air jack wand, several sets of brake pads, and a set of rotors.

The seller would like you to know: "This car was run by ACI Motorsports and then sold to the current owner for track-day use in the Pacific Northwest. It has been very well cared for and maintained, with new drive shafts, a PDK service including a new clutch pack and anti-rotation blocks, new rear suspension uprights, and all-new fuel pumps in 2026. @CaptainMyCaptain You could take the hood that is on the car and the replacement to a graphics shop and ask them to do their best to match it up. We might be able to find the company that did the wrap to get material codes of what they used.

@CaptainMyCaptain I believe KW currently charges $230 per shock for a rebuild. Our shop would charge $1200 to remove and later reinstall the shocks.

@Isringhausen: Do you know when the shocks were last serviced/estimated time to next required service? I don’t see anything in the service records. Also, if you know, what’s the typical cost on a Clubsport to remove these and have them refreshed? Since the spare hood doesn’t match the body, is the hood painted or wrapped? Wondering about the steps needed to make it at least sort of matching. Thanks.

After buying this race car on an un named popular race car site, from the principal of that site, and having to deal with the repairs that were not disclosed to me that were needed, and watching the vetting the buyers do here, I have to say that I would much prefer buying one here, This car is getting the once over by people that know what to worry about. As a novice I got burned, a novice is so much safer here, being protected by many concerned watchers. Who ever set this site up did a great job.

@longhirn911 yes whatever fuel problem was taking place has been completely resolved. The car ran flawlessly within the last few months. We will inspect the fuel cell and foam. We believe it to be the original fuel bladder like 95% of all other 2019 and 2020 718 Clubsports running around. Nothing unusual here. The best practice of pumping the fuel out of the car after each event is rarely done. We don’t on our cars and have never had a problem. From my experience this is a practice Pro Level teams in IMSA or SRO do. Likely a few others, but in our experience, not a widespread practice.

Was the fuel starvation / no-start issue reported by JLC on 7/26 resolved? The receipt seems to refer to “research”. What condition is the fuel cell in? - It looks like the fuel cell bladder was inspected in 2025. Is it the original bladder that came with the car? - Was the gas pumped out of the fuel cell after each event

The car was run on the track six days since the transmission went in, it shifts flawless. When the clutches were replaced, the shim kit was put in as well, which makes that transmission up-to-date. Any of the club sports that don’t have the shims are going to need them. Not all of the dealers have the tools and the technicians to do the clutch replacement. Our dealer in SPOKANE did a great job.

@Isringhausen What was the mileage when the PDK service was done in (I think) late 2025? I don’t see that on the invoices, though it’s hard to be sure since the records are all out of order. If unknown, how many hours or track days has it done since then? Thanks.

To clarify, The transmission was not replaced. The clutches were and it had the shims installed, and entire unit was inspected. All work done by qualified Porsche tech at local Porsche dealer.

I am the former owner of this car. When I got it, there were a lot of items worn that needed to be addressed. The seller did not disclose the general wear and tear that it had. After buying it, I began to do a lot of track days and fell in love with the safety and capability of a race car on track. At about 19000 miles things began to pop up and when we would dig into them it was the classic, “while we have this out we should do that”. Which we did. If you read the repair orders you can see replacement of: Axles, transmission , brakes, fuel pumps, seals, fire suppression system (Can is brand new June 2026,) etc etc. Each repair included others. These cars have a lot of consumables and this car has had many of them replaced. The fuel cell used to have a double filler type, which I did not like. I had the Porsche Z filler put back on it. However, the top plate on fuel cell was an 8 week backlog part and it never showed up in late winter. Porsche racing gets crazy before Daytona and I got caught in that craze. I would replace the part due to appearance, however, it has been removed and straitened . It does not leak but looks rough. Nothing else to apologize about on that car I can think of. My experience with race cars is that sellers need to limit losses and sell cars with things at or near end of service life and hope naive buyers don’t notice. This car might not be perfect but it has had a lot of these parts replaced. I spent many thousands on repairs. The PDK on this car has been removed and gone thru. It has had all of the updates put on it and the clutches have been replaced. This car shifts excellent and the transmission is probably better than most of the transmissions on clubsports on the track today. You buy a car with 10,000 miles and you could be right where I was. I bought car with about 17000 miles on it if I recall. I was told it had done less than 5 track days by prior owner. Before that it was owned by a team out of Texas. I don’t know which.

@tvth you can find compression test results included on one of the recently attached repair orders. We also did a test here and found the compression in all cylinders to be well within factory spec.

@longhorn911 The car does not have a cold air intake. The pictures are current. Taken just last week here at our Porsche Center. The hood damage is a bit hard to spot in the photos but it is wavy and bent in a few places. I am not sure where the "Yellow tinted headlamps" comment arose from. The headlights are the standard factory lights and look like every other Clubsport we have had. In fact better condition than most. Not uncommon to have significant cracks and chips off the edges. The fuel cell hat has been changed few times. First I think to accommodate filling requirements in World Racing League. We will put the original fuel cell cap on the car as part of the sale. Will get that part ordered now. Rear main seal leak is fixed
Passenger side valve cover leak is fixed. No significant modifications. Should be ready for any series it would qualify for such as PCA Club Racing, IGT, World Racing League, etc.. Only modification we noticed was wiring of the fuel pumps in and around the fuel cell. The work has been looked at by top notch technical race vehicle specialists and all have found it to be a great upfit to the factory wiring that had shown deterioration and needed addressed.

- Does the car have a cold-air intake system (BGB or Porsche)? It's hard to tell from the photos
- The pictures/video appear to be slightly different from the description. Were they taken at a previous time? For instance: the headlights don't appear to be yellow and there doesn't appear to be any major damage to the blue hood. - There are some noted issues in maintenance records. Do these still exist or have they been repaired? -- Main fuel hat is warped

- Have there been any major modifications/additions to the car that would prevent the it from running in any series that require the car to be factory spec? Thanks!

Can we disclose the years the car was campaigned, odometer at the end of campaigning, the years just HPDE please. How about some maintenance records. A good history file of work done will help. Really interested in the fuel-cell date and how it has been maintained. Gearbox too. I’ve got more but let’s start with this. How about a cold start video and something from the track. Thanks. Agree it’s an excellent looking car.
