This 2021 Mercedes-AMG GT Black Series is a European-market AMG ONE Edition that has 2,200 kilometers (~1,400 miles) and is finished in a Cirrus Silver and Obsidian Black livery patterned after the company’s W10 Formula One car. Its interior houses a roll bar in addition to dual fixed-back bucket seats trimmed in black upholstery with racing harnesses, and power is provided by a twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 linked with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transaxle and an electronically controlled limited-slip differential. The car is further equipped with 19″ and 20″ forged wheels, carbon-ceramic brakes, an adaptive sport suspension, carbon-fiber bodywork and trim, LED lighting, a fire extinguisher, a Burmester sound system, Keyless Go, and a surround-view camera. This AMG GT Black Series AMG ONE Edition was acquired by the owner in 2021 and is offered by the seller on behalf of the owner, a retail dealer, in Vitrolles, France, with the owner’s manual, a car cover, two keys, spare parts, and French registration.
GT Black Series AMG ONE Edition cars were offered exclusively to customers who had ordered a Mercedes-AMG Project ONE, and each example is finished in a Mercedes-AMG Motorsport W10-inspired Cirrus Silver and Obsidian Black livery with patterned stars and Petronas turquoise green side-sill stripes. Features specific to the Black Series include a revised front fascia with enlarged intercooler openings along with a carbon-fiber hood, roof, liftgate, front canards, side-skirt extensions, front fenders, adjustable front splitter, and bi-plane rear wing with an electronically controlled center flap. Additional exterior details include LED headlights and taillights, power-folding side mirrors, a surround-view camera, a rear diffuser, and quad exhaust outlets. Paint protection film has been applied to the body, per the seller.
Black-finished 19″ and 20″ forged AMG wheels have turquoise green-finished rim-edge stripes and are mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2R tires. The car features adaptive coilover suspension with driver-selectable modes, and Black Series equipment includes a carbon-fiber front anti-roll bar and chassis bracing. Braking is provided by carbon-ceramic rotors with black AMG-branded calipers and model-specific pads.
The fixed-back bucket seats feature racing harnesses and are trimmed in black upholstery with “AMG” embroidery on the headrests and dual central stripes. A fire extinguisher is mounted in the passenger footwell, and additional appointments include a roll bar, carbon-fiber trim, a turquoise green-finished traction-control knob, an AMG ONE Edition badge, carbon-fiber door-sill panels, dual-zone automatic climate control, Keyless Go, a Burmester sound system, and COMAND infotainment with navigation.
The AMG Performance steering wheel features an adjustable drive mode dial and frames a central configurable digital display. The digital odometer indicates 2,200 kilometers (~1,400 miles).
The twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 features direct injection and dry-sump lubrication for a factory rating of 720 horsepower and 590 lb-ft of torque. A plaque in the engine bay displays the signature of the engine builder. An oil change was performed in preparation for the sale.
