This thread has covered shipping logistics better than most freight forwarders. On the car itself: is the engine and gearbox confirmed matching-numbers to the chassis, and has the floor pan or rockers ever needed rust repair?
Imagine walking into a Mercedes dealer in 1990 and saying:

Absolutely beautiful DB5 Convertible. Given the value and rarity of this car, I have one question regarding the 2010 restoration that I think would be very important for a prospective buyer:
During the Bacchelli & Villa restoration, was the original Superleggera steel framework fully exposed and inspected, and were any sections of the steel structure, sills, outriggers, or aluminum body panels replaced?
If so, are there detailed restoration photographs or records showing exactly which portions of the original structure and bodywork were retained?

I have a Classic Data appraisal and valuation report for the car, which includes photographs of the engine number, identification plates, chassis related markings, and other supporting documentation. The report classifies the car in overall condition 1–2 from 5 (five is not good) and was prepared by a certified German automotive appraiser.

@JettJolene Unfortunately, the car comes only with the soft top. I am not sure how much a hardtop would cost in the US, but one can certainly be sourced and definitely not for $100,000. In Europe, the maximum price is around €50,000.

@jmbridges91, here in Europe we generally try to photograph and present a car as accurately as possible, showing it as it appears in person without extensive Photoshop work or heavy digital enhancement. Highly edited images can certainly make a car appear extraordinary, but the reality does not always match what is shown in the photographs.
In this case, our intention was to provide an honest and realistic representation of the car so that potential buyers can evaluate its true condition with confidence.
