Yeah, PCA Concours judges can be a piece of work. They took 0.2 points off my America Roadster in 2017 for "dust on the valve stem," after they specifically prohibiting dusting during an hour wait for re-judging. I have learned not to get over excited about concours since it's totally subjective, better for your heart . . .
