@premierautofl can you share more notes about the key? I'm sure basically every SLS owner is going to want to know how it was done (specific part number for the key, reprogramming steps etc)
Not because of distrust but because it's crucial knowledge lol
1 key is a challenge, Mercedes no longer makes the original key for this generation of Benz models. So a replacement would be functionally limited (I think you'd need to twist it in the back compartment of the center arm rest?)
Anyway, that's unfortunate. Unless it's possible to recode a lost key from another Benz of this era.
