Couple of comments on this terrific car.

The JNA Heritage Trust certificate, if available, would be a nice addition to the photos provided.

The color combination is identical to the one I sold about 2 years ago. Mine was a '54 and an SE model as well. Mine did not have the www tires, just black.

The painted wire wheels (vs. chromed) on the 120 SE are how they came from the factory. Many restorations do chrome finish them which IMO makes them easier to maintain & clean. I understand both perspectives of leaving them factory original painted and putting the chrome finish on them as well.

This is also a late production car - about 50 units behind my old one. My production date was August 17, 1954 - so this one is either late August or early September of that year.

Finally, the owner has likely been told that the steering wheel is incorrect for this car (I heard this numerous times). The steering wheel for those XK120's built up until the final months had the "bullet horn" - the one that would likely impale the driver in an accident. The late production models incorporated the new, "flat horn" wheel that was to be used on the XK140, the 120's successor.

Love the car, GLWA, and I hope folks find this information useful.
