Question was already asked but not answered. Any idea IF this car could be registered in CA? Maybe someone in the US knows the answer...
Can you tell us why the dashboard was covered in leather?
In other words, why? Or what happened?
Does it have catalytic converters?
Any documented proof of the mileage?
Does it have heat exchangers?
